The Damian Lewis & Paul Giamatti starrer brilliantly demonstrate the modern day power struggle. It all begins when the hedge fund king bobby is investigated by the US attorney. As Paul investigates Damian in an attempt to bring his crime to justice, this edge of a seat thriller keeps you glued to your TV set.

As the name suggests, Prison break is about a man entering a prison to help his falsely accused brother break out of it & escape death sentence. The characters in this series are likable and the twists are mind boggling. One of the best series to binge on while in quarantine

Benedict Cumberbatch plays the role of Sherlock Holmes, one of the most famous detectives in England, but in a present day setting. What is more interesting about this modern Sherlock is the case doesn’t showcase his superlative detective abilities but also shows his human side to us. The meticulous storyline is backed by some fine performances by Benedict Cumberbatch (Sherlock) & Martin Freeman (Dr.Watson) that will make you fall in love with this series.

This series is about the 80s cocaine drug cartel run by the infamous kingpin Pablo Escobar. The series is about how Escobar rises to power and escapes the numerous attempts made by the cops to kill him. The plot & narration are on point and the twists promise to keep you glued to your screens.

This is a spin-off of the legendary series ‘Breaking bad’ focussing on Saul Goodman, an Albuquerque lawyer whose skills allow him to enter the drug industry. In addition to the ethereal acting and the captivating drama, the direction of this series is as good as it can get and the viewers will love the way the series intensifies by the episode just like ‘Breaking bad’.

The dialogues, the narration & the true-to-life characters make this one of the must-watch series on your list.

A criminal mastermind by the name of ‘The professor’ recruits & trains 8 people to carry out a heist at the Royal mint of Spain. The series is where a great plot meets never ending action. The mental games between ‘The professor’ and the cops is refreshingly entertaining and keeps you on your toes.

This show is a riveting throwback to the worst nuclear diasater in the history of mankind. Set in the year 1984, the story revisits the decisions taken inside the control room of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant that led to the explosion of the nuclear core. Consequently, the fight of Soviet Union to stop the radiation from spreading and eradicating Eastern Europe.

Romcom that keeps you hooked and you won’t get bored watching it multiple times. The 2003 series is still relevant to this day with the scenarios and the subtle humor. With the most awaited Reunion coming out this year, be ready with the plots and fall in love with the characters. This American series will make your day!

The twists, the deaths of the characters adds to the unpredictability of the story. It’s finale was the most watched episode EVER on HBO and that gives you a hint of how good it is.

This genius of a series is shot around Baltimore’s drug scene. Detective Mcnulty is assigned to lead the case to bring down Avon Barksdale & his cartel. This TV series goes down as one of the best series in the history of television for its brilliant story telling, incredible casting & immaculate performances. We caution you to be ready for sleepless nights until you finish this one.

1 Breaking Bad

IMDB: 9.5/10 Metacritic: 87

A must-watch show as you can witness the radical transformation of an under-confident Chemistry professor entering the crime & drug industry with his meth recipe.
First two seasons are spent in establishing the characters which is crucial to show their evolution as the seasons pass. The series is intense, addictive & the transformation of Walter White to ‘Heisenberg’ has a feel good factor to it. Highly recommended & it’s surely one of our personal favorites.
